For me the biggest challenge after getting the money is finding talented contractors that are also honest and will give you advices for materials in your budget plan and wont start shoving materials down your throat so to speak fully knowing they’ll go over your budget. I had a lot of trouble finding such contractors at first but in the end I finally found someone and now my Kitchen is looking amazinf, and I have to say that the budget it was rather modest.
Don’t forget about the paint job, get experienced people to do it for your, it’s very important to have some quality to it.
